Saturn Car Shopping Experience

Saturn has made this car shopping process one that I don’t dread.  It’s the most awful thing on earth when you go somewhere else.  I don’t want to play the sales games and I don’t want to be treated like a second class citizen because I wear a skirt.  Never have had that problem with Saturn.  Matter of fact, when I bought my Hybrid Vue Roy asked if I wanted to take it home and drive it overnight so I could sleep on my decision.  No pressure, just see if I like it.  That’s trust and good sales!

Saturn Green Team Earth Day

Good Morning Brentley,

 

I just wanted to let you and your fellow co-workers know that having your Saturn products at ourGreen Team Earth Day Fair was a huge boost to the interest and excitement of our celebration. Of all of the automobile companies represented here, your vehicles (along with the experimental electric car), drew the most interest on this day. We have one employee who more than once told fellow employees of how he has bought two cars from your dealership and has all of his service done, even though he lives in Cynthiana, just because of how he and his wife have always been treated. He said that it was the most pleasant and least stressful car buying experience they had ever had, and the special way they are treated even for having routine maintenance done is worth the drive.

 

I also want to thank Beth, Dave and Roy for all going out of their way and making sure that we were treated so well. They all had a part in helping us acquiring, picking up and dropping off the vehicles. It was definitely a case of where one hand knew exactly what the other hand was doing. That in itself is rare to find.

 

I have enclosed a couple of pictures to show how nice the vehicles looked and how our employees seemed to enjoy them while they were here. Thanks again for helping us have a very successful, first every Green Team Earth Day Fair.
